ARTISTIC DIRECTOR, Houston Cinema Arts Society
The Houston Cinema Arts Society seeks a visionary and experienced film programmer to join this dynamic organization as it embarks on its second decade. The ideal candidate does not have to be based in Houston, but will be available to spend time here as the position requires, including full-time during the two weeks prior to the November 2019 festival.

FESTIVAL ASSOCIATE, Ashland Independent Film Festival
The Festival Associate supports year-round and seasonal staff to present the non-profit 18h annual Ashland Independent Film Festival, which takes place April 11-15, 2019. Primary duties encompass general office support, with additional tasks in the areas of sponsorship, customer service, event logistics, volunteers and ticketing.

The Programming and Hospitality Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the processing of film submissions by screeners and programmers and all film programming logistics including film bookings, print traffic, and transportation, ticketing, and hospitality for the 90+ VIP guests of the non-profit Ashland Independent Film Festival.

FESTIVAL PRODUCER, Austin Gay & Lesbian Film Festival
AGLIFF is looking for an experienced festival producer or event manager to oversee the 31stannual film festival September 6-9, 2018 in Austin, TX.  The All Genders, Lifestyles, and Identities Film Festival (formerly the Austin Gay and Lesbian International Film Festival) is the oldest LGBTQ+ Film Festival in the Southwest and longest running film festival in Austin.  The Festival Producer will work closely with the Program Director to manage the run up to the festival and oversee the operations during the 4-day event at the Alamo South Lamar and other locations.

FESTIVAL DIRECTOR, TWIST: Seattle Queer Film Festival
Oversee programming and execution of the festival, ensuring diversity of content and in keeping with Three Dollar Bill Cinema’s high standards.Must be available for 2018 TWIST: October 11-21, 2018.Priority consideration will be given to application received by June 15, 2018. Position open until filled.

Cucalorus seeks to fill seasonal contract positions for the 24th annual Cucalorus Festival, November 7-11, 2018. Are you interested in marketing, operations, event planning, and learning about the endless details that go into creating a five-day film, performance and technology festival? Do you enjoy working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment? Are you ready to roll up your sleeves, dive in, and spend this fall in a truly immersive creative environment? The Program Manager will play a key role in the organization’s success focusing on filmmaker relationships, programming support and operations/administration. Additionally, responsibilities may include: technical oversight; budget support; line producing; and editing/production support as needed for NFFTY content, both for internal use and for external partners.

 ARTISTIC DIRECTOR, Calgary International Film Festival
The Calgary International Film Festival is a 12-day showcase of up to 200 multi-genre feature and short films from Canada and over 50 other countries.Building on its established success and history, the new AD will ensure that Calgary Film continues to be one of the most important film festivals in Canada, while enhancing its international profile.Reporting to the Executive Director (ED), the Artistic Director (AD) is part of the organization’s leadership team and has a key role in planning. The AD deepens and executes the organization’s artistic vision and designs a remarkable experience for all attendees of the festival and year-round events. As a leading voice in the Calgary area screen industry, the AD is a spokesperson who inspires and engages the public and stakeholders with the festival’s artistic vision.
