Cary is seeking an organized, energetic, innovative, and proactive Program Specialist to join the passionate and creative team that presents over 400 unique cultural arts programs annually. The Program Specialist will oversee front of house and box office needs for the Cary Arts Center, The Cary Theater, Page-Walker Arts & History Center, and other facilities as assigned. This role is highly visible and interacts with filmmakers, performers, promoters, sponsors, vendors, clients, and resident arts organizations.The Program Specialist coordinates all aspects of the box office, manages relationships with the artistic partners, and successfully cultivates season subscriptions, series packages, and single ticket sales. This includes the hiring and development of a strong box office and front of house team; implementation of ticket sales campaigns; tracking of daily sales and deposits; ticket account management and fulfillment; supervision of box office specialists, house managers, and volunteers; and providing excellent customer service to patrons.
Salary Range: $50,835.20 - $78,790.40 Annually (this is an FT, hourly position)
