Film Festival Alliance (FFA) is committed to providing an accessible experience for its members, staff, board members, and the public. FFA will provide information for virtual and in-person events regarding accessibility and accommodation requests on its website and the related web pages.

Website Accessibility

The FFA website was recently updated. During the redesign process, the web developers used WAVE Web Accessibility Evaluation Tool as well as current web accessibility standards to review the functionality.

UserWay is installed and can be accessed via the UserWay icon in the lower right corner of the screen. FFA will make its best effort to ensure the continued accessibility of its website. If you run into any issues, please let us know by emailing
Virtual Event Accessibility

FFA typically uses a combination of Zoom and a virtual cinema platform for its virtual events. FFA strives to offer live captions on all sessions, along with captions for recorded sessions, and can reasonably accommodate requests for ASL and CART. If you need accommodations for a virtual event or have additional questions, please email us at
In-Person Event Accessibility
FFA strives to host in-person events in locations that are ADA compliant and/or fully accessible for all persons. However, there may be events hosted by or associated with FFA that are not located in accessible spaces. FFA is committed to providing detailed information regarding the accessibility of in-person events well in advance of the event. We recognize the need for all persons to make plans, including travel arrangements, and we strive to provide as much detail as we can to help assist in those plans. If you need accommodations for an in-person event, or have additional questions, please email us at
