2023 NOFF TECH COORDINATOR
The New Orleans Film Society is seeking an experienced Cinema/Live Show tech who can operate smoothly with a number of variables in different venues. The position will be responsible for aiding the Tech Manager in planning and implementing the overview of the festival with an eye on the hardware of the tech department. During the festival they will focus on supporting the tech team as a facilitator as well as addressing any tech issues that might arise. To learn more and apply, click here.
2023 NOFF CONTENT COORDINATOR
The New Orleans Film Society is seeking some to manage the content (films, pre show, ads) for the New Orleans Film Festival. This person will work with the Tech Manager to acquire and prepare all film files and anything other content playing in the festival in an efficient and timely manner. 2023 NOFF PRODUCTION COORDINATOR
The New Orleans Film Society is seeking an experienced Lead Production Assistant who can effectively assist with inventory management and designing and implementing production processes. 2023 NOFF OFFICE & CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT
The New Orleans Film Society (NOFS) is seeking a customer service professional and administrative perfectionist for our 2023 New Orleans Film Festival season. This position is for an individual who can efficiently maintain an office space in a high energy environment, while also providing excellent customer service to our patrons over phone, email, live chat or in-person. 2023 NOFF HUB MANAGER
The New Orleans Film Society is seeking an organized Hub Manager (potentially two Co-Managers, depending on final scope of role) who can successfully coordinate operations at the NOFF 2023 Festival Hub at The CAC New Orleans, collaborating with other operational staff and volunteers.The Festival Hub will serve as a central location for non-screening activities, such as new media installations in Cinema Reset, Pass pick-ups, merchandise sales, lounges and receptions, and industry expositions. Oversight includes welcoming and assisting guests and presenters, maintaining the lobby and installation spaces, interfacing with technical and production staff, addressing unlikely emergencies, and reporting event information to the broader NOFF staff. 2023 NOFF AV TECH
The New Orleans Film Society is seeking an experienced audio visual technician. The position will be responsible for setting up, operating and breaking down the technical aspect of the Filmmakers Conference (panels, roundtables) including microphones, mixing boards, lighting, and PA systems in addition to documenting the event with a video camera and sound recording device. 2023 NOFF DCP PROJECTIONIST
The New Orleans Film Society is seeking an experienced cinema projectionist who can operate DCP projectors and handle the digital movie files for them. The position will be responsible for acquiring and screen testing films as well as properly presenting those films to the public during the festival. To learn more and apply, click here.
2023 NOFF VENUE MANAGER
The New Orleans Film Society is seeking a team of organized Venue Managers who can successfully run operations during Festival screenings and related events, collaborating with other operational staff and volunteers. The position will be responsible for overseeing venue operations during NOFF events (film screenings, panels, industry events, and receptions). Venue operations include welcoming and assisting guests, maintaining the lobby and associated spaces, interfacing with technical and production staff, addressing unlikely emergencies, and reporting event information to the broader NOFF staff. 2023 NOFF BOX OFFICE MANAGER
The New Orleans Film Society is seeking an individual who can effectively run a venue box office during the New Orleans Film Festival. Responsible for ticket, pass, and membership sales, as well as securing donations and daily reconciliation. To learn more and apply, click here.
2023 NOFF PRODUCTION ASSISTANT
The New Orleans Film Society is seeking a Production Assistant who will serve as stagehands and default set up and break down crew for all festival venues and events. The position requires labor intensive work related to loading/unloading, building and striking, moving and carrying items to build visually captive spaces for the New Orleans Film Festival. 2023 NOFF PRODUCTION RUNNER
