The Woodstock Film Festival is seeking a highly motivated, well organized, and experienced The Print Traffic Coordinator for the 24th Annual Woodstock Film Festival taking place Wednesday September 27th, through Sunday October 1st 2023 in Woodstock, NY and surrounding towns. 

The Print Traffic Coordinator is the primary liaison between filmmakers and the festival regarding all film presentation questions. This position will correspond with filmmakers to make sure their films are delivered in a timely manner to CineSend, a cloud-based media asset management tool for the film and television industry.

The right candidate must be extremely well organized with great communication skills and they must be able to work well under pressure. Print Trafficking experience at other film festivals or comparable film exhibition environments is needed.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain print tracking database and continual reporting of print status

• Track shipping and receiving of all films and videos, including venue assignment and post-festival destination

• Timely delivery to and pick up from festival venues

• Respond to film and media related questions from filmmakers, venues, and CineSend

• Confirm proper ingestion of media at venues

• Manage delivery of KDMs to venues, as well as KDM unlock windows

QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least two to three years experience with print traffic coordination 

• Knowledge of film media and technical standards required

• Proficiency with MS Office Suite, smart phones, Google Drive

• Ability to work efficiently and under deadline pressure

• Excellent oral and written communications skills

• Detail-oriented, organized, and motivated

• Must have a valid driver’s license

• Proficiency with Monday.com or equivalent platform a plus

Salary range 5k-7k commensurate with experience. 

*Seasonal staff position to start July 31 - October 6th.

*Remote work possible until 4 weeks prior to the start of the film festival
